hi,

I am new to AutoIT and I am trying to find out how can I find out the IP address of external host name. What I want to do is that, I like to open a DOS window and the use a ping command which we use normally in DOS. Please advise me how can I automate this in AUTOIT to find out the IP address for any remote host.

Easiest way is to use the beta version of Autoit
