Parsing of registry file file.reg to file.au3

If I have an exported registry file say "file.reg" that has a ton of registry settings in it that I exported from a windows xp machine is there any way I can automatically populate each entry/line from the reg file into a .au3 file with a RegWrite prefix?

I am trying to avoid using the FILEINSTALL and RunWait (ComSpec /c command reg import file.reg

Have a look at Reg2au3.au3 from Sigi2. Maybe this is what you want.
