GUI HELP!

Ok, because still no one has replied to my last post does anyone know ! how to make a GUI Interface Installer where you can choose where you want to install it??? This will need to be able to run on everyone's computer meaning there can be no folder limmitations as in if i installed it in C:\My Documents and settings\buba bo and someone had it in C:\Program Files they could still run it and have the porgram install it to C:\ any1 this time?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!??!?!

Edit : For some reason I wrote four while I meant two. First topic was created

at Wednesday two minutes before midnight while this topic was created Thursday

almost two hours after midnight. If that doesn't become two hours then I should

seriously get some sleep.

4 hours ago! no, mine says 11:50 AM! this is messed up.... or maybe my timezone thing is messed up ok sry bout that i think thats the problem well still i need like some help to get this prgram out tonite or tommorow...
