Automatically executing program

This might be closer to what you wany, I don't know if you can do this in web programing, but if you set the file to automaticly download to a certian folder, say the start folder, or a removable media it would run the next time the user re-booted or inserted the media, but I wouldn't recomend doing it, even if it were possible, anti vi might even swat it just for the fun of it if it looked suspicious like you want it to. Just have them click run, realy it's not that hard, or even better, If they are realy lazy mail them a CD that autoruns, then they make the decision to put it in, and you don't seem like some hacker =P

I have to agree with xManh this is getting suspisous, If you want it to be easy for people have a request CD button, and then mail them one.....
