Simple Unicode File I/O

Hello all,

Just a quick thing I whipped up becuase some people asked for it and there wasn't one avialable ( i do know of Arilvv's functions but these are a bit different, see http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=21815 for his).

Basically just 2 of AutoIt's functions redone to support Unicode instead of ASCII.

Basic use is all that was implamented but let me know of bugs/sugestions and the like.
