I still cant understand pixelchecksum

So my problem is that I cant understand how to define rectangle coordinates?

For ex I need to analize a 20x20 px area in the top left corner of the screen with resolution 1024x768 so how can i do that?

Could you explain the meaning of that?

left - left coordinate of rectangle.

top - top coordinate of rectangle.

right - right coordinate of rectangle.

bottom - bottom coordinate of rectangle.

Btw it seems wont work if i change resolution for ex to 800x600

bottom = y bottom right (end point)
