How to be notified of the creation of a taskbar-entry?

Hi

Is it possible to 'hook' the taskbar so as to be notified of the addition/removal of an entry?

Also, how can I query the taskbar to know what windows/processes have an entry on the taskbar?

SysTray_UDF can do it for the system tray so I thought it must be possible to do the same with the taskbar
