Tentaal
Hi, I'd like to find a way to capture a device state change. For example, when a user activate a device such a network card, I want my script to execute an action. Any idea?
Confuzzled
What if you captured the Windows Plug-and-pray activity?
Tentaal
That's just vague enough to work. Vagueness is a sign of maleficence. Lar. Well, not sure about what you are meaning.... Just one thing, i'm not english spoken so If I'm vague it's quite normal... I'v made a tool to detect and disable unwanted wireless connexion at work. Now I want to optimize it. I have a function that do sometings like : while checkwireless() wifi_device_not_connected it's ok wend disablewifi() Actually this loop turn and turn... but if I could detect that the state of the wireless device has changed it will sound..more sexy for me. What about Windows Message? Edited September 28, 2006 by Tentaal
