Window Recognition Problems

Just getting into AutoIT for a project at work that involves a third party windows app.

The Info tool sees the windows and reports titles and text but neither WinExist or WinWaitActive seem able to recognize the window.

Perhaps I'm missing something? I cut and paste the title into the functions but they fail ever time. Is there an alternative approach to figure where the problem lies?

I really like the product so far but I need to get this working. Any help is appreciated.

I like Faber Toys. It gives you a tool to explore windows, unhide them, stuff like that. I don't remember the link It is free tho. Just google it.

can you post your code? That would help.

@UT_Qwerty, Window titles and text are case sensitive. Don't forget to copy and paste from the Window Info Tool instead of typing in the title yourself.
