Newbie pls help

Whenever I try to run a an application, I get "error, file not found", however if i run the same script from inside the directory of the .exe file, its runs fine.

Is this the proper format?.....run ( "sample.exe" , F:\ Program Files\sample folder")

Run("F:\Program Files\sample folder\sample.exe")
