Needs a proxy checher without ping function

I need to get the fastest proxy out of given proxies.....say 15 given proxies.(which are in a .ini file or in an array.....anywhere)

First & best solution is to use Ping function

but ping function doesn't work here in our hostels.

Plz. some 1 help me to write a short function which will gimme fastest proxy & ll return 0 iff all given proxies are slower than a specified lower limit.

I have to use this function in my bot...so it cant be too long either.

help me.

No I'm not....

Actually I'm stucked.

I have no idea how to do it....as I'm a newbee in autoit.
