How to get the SciTE toolbar to run.

I can't seem to get the SciTE toolbar to run.

I put the script in C:\Program Files\AutoIt3\SciTE\Scitetoolbar_v1_7.au3

I put the bin folder in C:\Program Files\AutoIt3\SciTE\bin

When I run the script without SciTE running it does start SciTE but doesn't show the icons in the tool bar.

When I run the script compiled it does the same thing.

I must be doing something wrong.

Does anyone have any ideas?
