Run doesn't work

Ok.Well this is my current script :

Run("C:\WINDOWS\system32\timedate.cpl")

Sleep (100)

Send ("{ENTER}")

Run does not work, adn I think I know the problem. The problem is that the file I am trying to run is a .cpl, a 'Control Panel Extension' file. Can anyone supply another way to run a file? Thanks every one that repliez!

Run('control timedate.cpl') works for .cpl files

Also there is this UDF that should start anything can be started.
