sumone4life
I had an idea the other night while i was sitting home bored, stairing at my computer screen...My idea is to use this thread for everyone to come and post ideas for programs people could create. These could be anywhere from a simple "Hello World" to ... well the skys the limit. I was hoping that this would not only provide practice for newbies who need somthing to program but also just a general place where people can come to get ideas if their bored. This would help to sharpen some peoples programming skills and also give a good starting place for newbies. So i'll start if off and lets see where it goes:Program: Fahrenheit <-> Celcius ConverterSkill Level: NewbieSo start posting your ideas....cheersEDIT: Also people can post proof of concepts so if someone doesnt know how to do somthing they can use your script for reference... but this is not required Edited February 16, 2007 by sumone4life

sumone4life
Wel i figured this would go in example script because if people post it will have example scripts in it...I know the program is simple, i just wanna make a place for people to go to get program ideas for when they are board... But if no one likes the idea then thats fine w/e.

Lakes
I`ve realised whats happening here, the general chat area is only visable when you are logged in!! Why is that?, when all the other forum areas are visable/readable without having to sign in?? 2015 - Still no flying cars, instead blankets with sleeves.
