Never heard the word "pluralize" before.I still don't see how "pluralizing" developer in the OP was wrong. "Who's all the active developer?" would have been equally if not more grammatically incorrect.The error is located in "Who's" which suggests "who is" causing an inconsistency between "who is" and "developers".Changing the sentence to "Who is the active developer?" or "Who are all the active developers?" would be a few of the appropriate fixes to his error.
