Newbie...how to stop program..start another with focus?

Hi,

I have a remote working on my PC, under normal windows it runs fine, but when i open another applictaion, this also has a remote driver so i now have 2 drivers running and neither work correctly.

I want to do somthing like this, when Windows Desktop running keep Driver1 running and when 2nd application is started turn of Driver1 and start Driver2.

Then when i come out of 2nd application things return back to Windows destop mode using only Driver1.
