OnTheFly Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 Ok, it might have been asked a milloin times, but i can't find any answer. I'm building something lik an mIRC bot. But how can i recieve messages. I mean check what is written if anyone /msg my bot. Or in the main chat-window. How can i read wich text is send?
rush4hire Posted February 21, 2007 Posted February 21, 2007 Have you tried the AutoIt Window Info tool? This should give you the names of the controls you will need to send / read data too / from your mIRC GUI. If it doesn't work, you have to tap into your TCP stuff.. Decompilable game code manager for Dark Deeds 6 for Warcraft IIIA web broadcast TiVo like thing.. (this example is for 3abn.org)Finally.. AutoIt Pac-Man Digital Hymn Player
Moderators SmOke_N Posted February 21, 2007 Moderators Posted February 21, 2007 (edited) How do i do this TCP stuff? If this were the Gong show... <Gooooooooooooong!>Starting with the search feature is always a nice place to look Edit:Messed up the tag. Edited February 21, 2007 by SmOke_N Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
