What is the scripting methods to access Excel sheets from the Applications...?

Dears,

me new to this forum as wel to AutoIT. I'm trying to generate the test results automatically with the AutoIT, but i'm able to do only fill the Web page and submit through the script. Not able to feed the data from the excel sheet... and result to the excel sheet.... (Data feed from either excel sheet or from DataBase).

But i also tried with these examples... but i want like feeding the data from the excel sheet to my application and the result again need to feed to the excel sheet...

Am i asking correctly ? Is this possible...?
