Random Sleeping?

Hey guys, i want to tell auto it to sleep for a random amount of time... forinstance

sleep (between 2000 and 5000) and then it generates randomly when it sleeps it could be 2132, 3482, 4829, ect. so you give it 2 guidelines and then it sleeps somewhere inbetween those 2 guidelines.

hehe, i was searching the help for sleep commands, when i should have been searching for random commands
