Making a Custom Help file for my GUI program

I searched the forums and the help file and I couldn't find this anywhere. Also, if this needs to go in the GUI section, please move it.

I want to write a custom help file for my program and display it at a Button press.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Just give me a place to start and I can puzzle it out for myself.

Disregard this. I'm an idiot. Some asked the same question (chm file) like two topics before me in the forum.
