wd40bomber7 Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 My service is built to sit in the backround inless a large hotkey has been pressed. Once this hotkey is pressed the service is supposed to terminate all other non system processes. A sort of panic button you could say. It worked fine, however when i made it a service it no longer reacted to the hotkeys! Why?

(Just to be complete: it's a services setting, in Windows you can reach it through the 'logon' tab (I guess, I'm on a Dutch windows box).) Roses are FF0000, violets are 0000FF... All my base are belong to you.

wd40bomber7 Posted March 30, 2007 Author Posted March 30, 2007 Ok, yes it is set to interact with the desktop. And i want it to run as a service so that i can monitor it easily and that its not capable of being attacked by other programs!
