Strange Outlook issue

My script creates a simple Spam rule with the rules wizard in Outlook. The problem is that if someone has a rule there already, the script causes problems.

I am trying to have the script check the rules wizard window for existing rules. However, their is no way to to check because the rule name text is not visible. I have tried all of the tools but it is invisible. Probably a security feature.

Either way, I cant get around it. I understand you cant create flag files with autoit so thats not an option.
