Using Windows Built In SendMail.dll

I have been scouring the internet looking for a way to initiate the Windows (Send To: Mail Recipient)

I have only found one link and sadly it was C# which I don't know anything about.

I am hoping someone here can give me a hand in converting it since from my searches on this site, E-Mailing Files is a big request. "Although most want to do it silently"
