Audio Property Organizer

I have alot of music files, and i want to change all of their audio properties (track number, name, band, genre etc) to help organize them. I tried making it read the line from the file but I think it varies by track... So I want to automate it to automatically open the file properties, go to the right tab, click advanced button, and edit each of the file properties...

Now I can get the navigation part down, but how do I make it open the file properties window... The window info tool doesnt show any difference between the icons...

so basically all I need is a way to open the properties window for a file. Is there a way to use Explorer.exe to do this? Thats where it seems to be...
