go to the main page and search under downloads for a program called scite, in it is a gui creator

yet it's either not the right file or I failed to find the Gui creator in it

could you tell me where it is or how I can boot it from the file obtained from the above link ?

Koda is included with SciTE4Autoit3

Get the editor, (If you don't have it already) then go to:

Tools > Koda Form Designer
