Punkbuster Service Stopper

I wrote this up the other day and since it's now obsolete (I created a better script), I thought I'd post it up for others to use or get inspired. Essentially it detects when Punkbuster services are running and automatically pops up and provides a user with a button to stop the Punkbuster Services so they aren't running all the time taking up resources when not playing games.

Removed code to stop it appearing on game hack sites.
