Dialer.exe in Xp

in c:\Program Files\Windows NT\ exist a dialer.exe file.

this can to dial a number phone but not have command line capabilities to use with a script language as AutoIt3.

i have found a utility, dial.exe, to send number phone to dialer.exe via command line.

Do it is possibile to create a script to use capabilities of dial.exe to inside of a autoit script?

Do it is possibile to create a dial.au3 as dial.exe?
