How can I get the temporary internet file's path according to its original address?

for example,when I navigate this page in IE,this image is saved to the"Temporary Internet Files" folder,so how can I get the image from the "Temporary Internet Files" folder?

Would InetGet your image directly from the url do the trick?

Alternatively, you could parse the source code of the web page and extract the links dynamically and then InetGet them. See the IE.au3 UDF for more information.
