Sven
I've run into a problem. I have a game that doesn't support ASC inputs, yet I need to pass commands to it like "/start" or "/reload". To make matters worse, send("/start") works well in outputting /start on my standard german input locale, however if I switch it to english the output becomes &start which is completely useless. Any ideas how I can make it type /start regardless of input locale?
Valuater
maybe.. Send(Chr(47) & "start", 1) or... Send('"' & Chr(47) & 'start"', 1) 8)
Sven
sorry, no go. If the input locale is set to english instead of german, the output is &start

enaiman
Try send("{/}start") I don't know if it would work but I remember having a similar problem once when a "+" didn't want to be sent and I had to put it into brackets. Sorry if this is not working. Sven
Sorry enaiman and PsaltyDS, still "&" instead of "/"... Why the raw method doesn't work is beyond me. If it doesn't send raw no matter what, what's the point in having it?
