RunAs and Call from another drive

I need help creating a script that will:

Open a program from the D: drive with the local admin account. I have tried the following but it doesn't work

RunAsSet ("admin", "@ComputerName", "password")

Run ('"d:\SuperLink.exe"')

Any ideas,

Maybe: RunAsSet ("admin", @ComputerName, "password")
