Sorry if this is a Noob question.

I'm wondering how I can send keystrokes to another user (local) account. For example:

I have "User1" and "User2" as different accounts on a machine. If I am logged in as "User1" how can I send keystrokes to the "User2" account instead of "User1" (as if "User2" were logged in and typing on the keyboard)?

Better yet, would there be a way to send the keystrokes to a specific application (like notepad) on the "User2" account while logged in as "User1"?

I think you're shooting in the dark on this one. Either the program has to be running on the account that you want the send to apply to, or it has to manually log in and back on the account that you want to send to.
