Screen saver/idle notification

I have created a script to do some automatic updating, however I only want it to run when the computer is idle or the screen saver is on. Is there a way to "check" if the screensaver is on or the computer is idle.

In the Auto3Lib Misc folder, there is a demo called ScreenSaver.au3 that shows how to detect if the screen saver is active. You can get Auto3Lib from my signature.
