Joon Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 I have over 7000 word documents that each contains a large signature image. Now, space is becoming an issue and looking for easier way to compress these images. I have a macro to delete existing image and insert small image works but it screws up the alignment sometimes. So... Is there way to automate Word PictureFormat Compress built-in feature? Thanks.
tAKTelapis Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 Probably a Microsoft office macro, that is attached to a custom button on the tool bar. Its about the only way i can think of.
