How would I use this fromat in AutoIt or How could i convert it to be used by auto it?

ex.

&H5120BC

Would this equal 0x005120BC or 0x5120BC or niether. Ive tried all of these and its not returning the correct info. When I use cheat engine to look up these memory address's I see the correct info.

Thanks for the help.
