ok first it only work on some computer ??

download the file put it in c:\ only the Extract it

now go in to c:\Webserver and open server.au3, ms.au3, dl.au3

Normal setting you can download ever 30 sec/1 dl

Now when adding a file use Add File.au3 only because it need a id and the file name

for upload << i need help i don't know how to do a upload thing

Q:what is User.page dir need

A:If u put winrar.exe in User.page and in side winrar.exe is hello

when the ?file= match the name it will display the hello as a web page and not move the file to the download dir
