Command to open another .exe?

Thanks for all the help btw guys, I'm picking this all up quickly...

I searched about but can't find how to open another file, such as:

Case $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            ExitLoop
        Case $msg = $radio11 And BitAND(GUICtrlRead($radio1), $GUI_CHECKED) = $GUI_CHECKED
        GUIDelete("x")


then open file x
