How do I open a open and place files to a internet location in NetWork places please?

How do I open a open and place files to a internet location in NetWork places please?

I've got an internet location mapped in "Network Places" that is a webDAV folder for an online storage provider.

I'd like to open up the location (it's SSL so I'll have to send it username and password)

then copy some files to it.

The only bit I'm not sure how to do is opening up the "Network Place"

Can anyone help please?
