RSS feed with tvRSS

I was hoping to somehow get the RSS feed for some tv episodes from tvRss.net Working on a "downloader" that I will of course post the source to when I am finished. I was hoping to somehow monitor this RSS feed, and then launch the "downloader" when new episodes of the shows I am watching come up....anyone know how I can do this? I've looked here:

Again, simply, just trying to get the RSS feeds from this site into autoit, so I can check for new shows, and launch my auto downloader... thanks!!!

Could I integrate something maybe with RSSBandit? I saw that app mentioned on here. I d'loaded it, looks good. However I'm not sure how I would integrate it with my auto download script. I would somehow have to get the new items into my script...hrmm....I suck at HTML/XML/RSS
