Help reading text from another program

I can't seem to figure out how to get this text. If someone could help me out or at the very least point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

I'm trying to get all the text under "OEM Number" as well as the corresponding "DPI #" field. It seems like these controls are hidden or something to that affect.

you would have to access the data file that contains the OEM Number.

Yeah, tried to do that; however, it's a secured database.
