I know that some forum have restriction from guest posting but you right allowing bug report from guest was a Jon decision.

I don't really understand why you was not able to post in support forum as a registed new user ... That's a question for Jon who is manging the Forum access rights.

Now you are above 5 so you should not have any problem anymore ...
