So will you have excel open and also have cell with the desired account number highlighted? Or is the cell coordinates always the same?

If you could attach an example of your xls file that would help. Just a few rows with fake info, some with the colors you mentioned.

I think with this I should be able to get off to my own start and analyze and modify anything that I need to. I will report back once I have a chance to test it (wont be till next week)

I know I pretty much asked you to spoon-feed me this one time and frankly I'm surprised I got as much help as I have already recieved and in the time it recieved it in.

I honestly cant wait to get autoit installed on my workstation so I can REALLY start playing with it.
