How to block RIGHT mouse button in IE component?

Is it possible to dissable RMB click in $oIE?

I found two ways:

- change html content (but how to change header of wwwpage before display, when i'm not owner of page ex. www.zabawa.biz)

-put something transparent in foregroud - but what and how?

Do you know any advise how to do it?
