bitmap finding

Hi, i am new at this forum and i wonder if there is any function in autoit wich searches for a bitmap on the screen and then if it finds the bitmap then it executes a command. I've searched on this forum a little and i find one thing. It was someone who was looking for the same thing as i, but the awnser he got was like: "look for pixelgetcolor() and pixelgetsum()" So i searched for that but i didnt find anything. I hope i will get some awnsers here. Thanks!
