Sound like you have a virus. One quick solution is to search for regedit.com and delete it.

Or write an AutoIt script to set Regedit.exe to @SW_SHOW and then WinMove() it to the center of the monitor.

Edit: Gah, weaponX beat my prior edit with a reply stating the same thing.

That or you moved the regedit window completely off screen, and regedit opens in the last position it was closed. Crank up your desktop resolution and see.
