Automation of filling out http forms

What is the best way to automate filling out a form that has a username and password and populate the output of the page after logged into in my AU3 GUI Script.

For example.

I create a GUI/Script that when run it automaticly logs into my Exchange OWA Webbased Email and populates the output into my Script/ GUI.

I searched for HTTP on the board but I didnt come up with much.
