How to add to AutoIt Forum Download Libraries

I know this does not have to do with programming help, but I was not really sure where to post this question. I recently created an AutoIt library, so I went to the AutoIt Forum, then I clicked Downloads, then Libraries. Then I clicked add file and uploaded my file. The thing is apparently no one else can see my library except me. Is the AutoIt library section only for developers or what?

Create a topic for your library in the Example Scripts Forum, then update your file in the download area to reference that topic. I'll approve your file when that has been done.
