How to change local group policy?

Hi all, is there any way in which the local group policy settings can be changed using AutoIt??

Hi,

Use the registry functions of autoit to set group policy settings..

If you have a look in windows\system32\GroupPolicy\Adm folder for the policy settings your trying to set..

Then open the appropriate *.adm file in a text editor to find the registry keys that the policy sets..

From there you can start writing your autoit script to suite what you need.

Edit: If you know the policy and value your looking for you could also read a *.adm file into a variable and use stringreplace or regxp functions to edit the string the save the changes back to the policy..

I guess you can change and add status in net.exe

Start cmd and write "net localgroup"

I dont know if you are new with autoit but there is a function called _rundos
