I've seen this help before but cant find after doing search. Can someone point to corrct thread - how to change icon of an .au3 or exe during compilation.

Install Scite from http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/scite/downloads.shtml

Then use CTRL+F7 to compile your script from it. You can choose icon, and many many other things thanks to Jos work.

Also you can change that by simply choosing icon at compile stage in Compile Script to .EXE (there's a custom icon field)!

Place this line at top of your script:

#AutoIt3Wrapper_Icon=your_desired.ico

Now when you compile it from Scite4Autoit3 by F7 or Alt+F7 it will place your desired icon into output EXE.
