move mouse with with the keyboard

hello.

how do i make the mouse move with the arrows, cause sometimes my mouse is dirty or its not working,

is it posible to make a key combination so it activate the arros to move the mouse and if the key combination is ´ressed again it stops moving the mose with the arros

Check out _IsPressed, and MouseMove.

Also, look at Window's accessibility options. There is a panel that allows you to use the arrow keys.
