enaiman
From Help - StringReplaceReturn ValueReturns the new string, the number of replacements performed is stored in @extended.You can see that @extended is used to get extra information from certain functions (so far haven't used this so I can't tell which functions, you'll have to discover that yourself) SNMP_UDF ... for SNMPv1 and v2c so far, GetBulk and a new example script wannabe "Unbeatable" Tic-Tac-Toe Paper-Scissor-Rock ... try to beat it anyway :)
PsaltyDS
Hi i read some code in the help file and at aline i see $iNumLinks = @extended what @extended means? te help says "Extended function return - used in certain functions such as StringReplace." whta that mean??!! thanks in advance. Some functions put useful info in @extended, others don't. When there is something there you want, you can use it just like any other macro or variable. Nothing says "Merry Christmas" like a good demo script: $sString = "123123123123" $sString = StringReplace($sString, "2", "_") $iCnt = @extended MsgBox(64, "Results", "$sString = " & $sString & @CRLF & $iCnt & " replacements made") Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class... Is now in Session! For those who want somebody to write the script for them: RentACoder"Any technology distinguishable from magic is insufficiently advanced." -- Geek's corollary to Clarke's law
